What could be more comforting than a warm cup of tea and a plate of scones on a cold February afternoon? In response to Color Your World photo challenge. The colors represented in this photo are ‘dandelion’, ‘denim, and ‘desert sand’.

Snack

Guacamole and chips –  the perfect ball game, movie or Netflix watching snack. In response to Color Your World photo challenge.  The Tuesday 5 January color is ‘asparagus’.
Guacamole
3 ripe Haas Avocados mashed
1/4 C finely chopped red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp. kosher salt or to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 clove garlic finely chopped
Mix together all ingredients, serve with chips.

6 Months of Blogging Joy

This is the 6th month mark for the blog, a perfect time to learn what I missed the first time around. So I decided to sign up for WordPress’ Blogging University course Blogging 101.  

For the course, I’ll continue to make my point using photographs – some paragraphs may sneak in. Good thing I like to write too. So lets see how this goes.
